全程追踪责任制优质护理预防恶性肿瘤放疗患者放射性肠炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察全程追踪责任制优质护理预防恶性肿瘤放疗患者放射性肠炎的效果。方法:将100例盆腹腔恶性肿瘤放疗患者随机分为常规组和观察组,每组50例。常规组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予全程追踪责任制优质护理,比较2组患者放射性肠炎的发生率、生活质量和护理满意度。结果:观察组患者放射性肠炎的发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05);干预前2组患者生活质量各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者生活质量各项评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于常规组,但2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用全程追踪责任制优质护理可有效降低恶性肿瘤放疗患者放射性肠炎的发生率,能明显改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of top-notch nursing ruled by whole course tracking in the preventing radiation enteronitis(RE)of patients with malignant tumor and undergoing radio-therapy.Methods Randomly divided 100 patients with malignant pelvic-celiac tumor and undergoing radio-therapy in author’s hospital into routine group(50 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(50 cases,top-notch nursing ruled by whole course tracking);then,compared both groups’incidence of RE,patients’quality of life,and their satisfactory degree on nursing.Results The incidence of RE in observation group was significantly lower than that in routine group(P<0.05);before intervention,both groups’patients’quality of life(in every ratings)had no statistical difference(P>0.05),but after intervention,observation groups’ratings all higher than routine group’s ones(P<0.05);though the satisfactory degree of observation group was higher that of routine group,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Top-notch nursing ruled by whole course tracking can effectively reduce RE incidence of those patients,and significantly improve their quality of life,thus is worth to be popularized to use clinically.
