手术室综合性护理干预对硬膜外麻醉肛肠病手术的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察手术室综合性护理干预对硬膜外麻醉肛肠病手术的应用效果。方法:将94例行硬膜外麻醉肛肠病手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用手术室综合性护理干预,比较2组患者护理前后焦虑与疼痛情况、术后并发症情况以及患者满意度。结果:护理前2组患者焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scal,SAS)、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者SAS、VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术室综合性护理干预对硬膜外麻醉肛肠病手术患者护理效果明显,可有利于缓解患者的焦虑情绪,减轻疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective To observation the efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention of operating room applied in the surgery for coloproctological diseases under epidural anesthesia.Methods Randomly divided 94 patients with coloproctological diseases and undergoing surgery under epidural anesthesia into control group(47 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(47 cases,instead of above-mentioned comprehensive nursing);then,compared both groups’patients’anxiety and pain status before and after nursing,postoperative complication status,and patients’satisfactory degree.Results Before nursing in the score ratings on SAS and on VAS there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing the SAS and VAS ratings,the complication incidence after surgery,and patients’satisfactory degree in observation group were lower,and higher than that in control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention of operating room on the patients with coloproctological diseases undergoing surgery under epidural anesthesia has significant efficacy,can be beneficial to relieve patients’anxiety emotion,reduce their sufferings,decline postoperative complications’incidence,and enhance patients’satisfactory degree.
