摘  要:目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者采用肺功能训练仪联合低水平抗阻训练的临床效果。方法抽取2021年1月至2021年12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的90例COPD稳定期患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。两组均实施常规干预,在此基础上,对照组采用肺功能训练仪进行干预,观察组采用肺功能训练仪联合低水平抗阻训练进行干预,两组均干预3个月。比较干预前、干预3个月时肺功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC、呼气峰值流速(PEF)]、运动耐量(6 min步行试验)及生活质量[COPD评估测试(CAT)]。结果干预3个月时,两组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、PEF均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预3个月时,两组6 min步行试验均长于干预前,CAT评分高于干预前,且观察组6 min步行试验长于对照组,CAT评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺功能训练仪联合低水平抗阻训练在COPD稳定期患者中的应用效果较好,可改善患者肺功能,提高患者运动耐量及生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of pulmonary function training instrument combined with low-level resistance training on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable stage.Methods A total of 90 patients with COPD in stable stage admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected.And they were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were routinely intervened,on the basis of which the control group was intervened with a pulmonary function training instrument,and the observation group was intervened with a pulmonary function training instrument combined with low-level resistance training.And the two groups were intervened for 3 months.Lung function assessed by forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC,peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),exercise tolerance assessed by 6-minute walk test,and quality of life assessed by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test(CAT)were compared between the two groups before intervention and after 3 months of intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC and PEF in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the results of 6-minute walk test in the two groups were longer than those before the intervention,and the CAT score of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,moreover,the results of 6-minute walk test in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the CAT score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of pulmonary function training instrument combined with low-level resistance training on patients with COPD in stable stage has a good effect,which can improve patients’pulmonary function,exercise tolerance and quality
