复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏联合窄谱紫外线治疗轻中度银屑病的疗效及临床症状观察

摘　　要：目的 研究复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏联合窄谱紫外线治疗轻中度银屑病对患者症状、PASI评分、复发率的影响。方法 于2020年4月—2022年4月选取郑州大学第一附属医院皮肤科收治的99例轻中度银屑病患者,采用随机数字表法进行分组,一组为对照组(n=44),给予窄谱紫外线治疗,另一组为研究组(n=45),于对照组基础上联合使用复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏,治疗2个月后,以患者临床症状、银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分、不良反应以及疾病复发情况作为观察指标,比较组间疗效差异。结果 治疗后,研究组红斑症状、斑块肥厚、皮损面积以及鳞屑症状评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组PASI评分亦低于对照组(P<0.05);组间不良反应率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组疾病复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏与窄谱紫外线联合方案用于轻中度银屑病治疗可对患者的临床症状进行有效改善,促进其疾病康复,且降低疾病复发风险,临床应用价值较高。Objective To study the effects of compound clobetasol propionate ointment combined with narrow spectrum ultraviolet in the treatment of mild to moderate psoriasis on symptoms, PASI score and recurrence rate. Methods From April 2020 to April 2022, 99 patients with mild to moderate psoriasis admitted to the dermatology department of our hospital were selected and divided by random number table method. One group was the control group(n=44), and only received narrow-spectrum ultraviolet treatment;The other group was the study group(n=45), and compound clobetasol propionate ointment was used in combination with the control group. After 2 months of treatment, clinical symptoms, psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) score, adverse reactions and disease recurrence were used as observation indexes to compare the efficacy differences between the groups. Results After treatment, the scores of erythema, plaque hypertrophy, skin area and scaly symptoms in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The PASI score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05), but the rate of disease recurrence in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of compound clobetasol propionate ointment and narrow spectrum ultraviolet can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with mild to moderate psoriasis, promote the recovery of the disease, and reduce the risk of disease recurrence, with high clinical application value.
