中药保留灌肠法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究现状

摘　　要：近年来,我国溃疡性结肠炎的发病率呈逐年递增的趋势,中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有多靶点、多途径的独特优势,在中医理论指导下,通过辨证论治,不同的患者选取不同的方药,标本兼治,预防复发。中药保留灌肠法是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的主要外治法,具有药物直达病所、局部浓度高、减少胃肠刺激、毒副作用小、起效迅速、药效持久等优点。临床根据病情配合针灸、耳穴贴压和穴位贴敷等中医特色疗法,取得了良好的疗效。此文分析总结中药保留灌肠法与中医特色疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床应用现状,以期为中医临床治疗与研究提供依据。In recent years,the incidence of ulcerative colitis in China has been increasing year by year,Chinese medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis has the unique advantages of multi-target and multi-path,under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory,different prescriptions and medicines are selected for different patients through evidence-based treatment to treat both the symptoms and the root cause and prevent recurrence.Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema is the main external treatment for ulcerative colitis,which has the advantages of direct drug delivery to the disease center,high local concentration,reduced gastrointestinal irritation,small side effects,rapid effect and lasting effect.According to the clinical condition,the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion,auricular point sticking and acupoint sticking and other traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good curative effect.In this paper,we analyze and summarize the current situation of the application of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema method and Chinese medicine characteristic therapy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,in order to provide a basis for clinical treatment and research in Chinese medicine.
