常态化疫情防控机制下综合医院探视陪护管理分析

摘　　要：目的分析常态化疫情防控机制下综合医院探视陪护管理措施及效果。方法此次研究对象来源于浙江省嘉兴市第一医院2020年6月-2021年6月住院的74例患者,实施综合医院探视陪护管理,对比管理前1周、管理1周后电梯、病房、走廊口罩佩戴率、佩戴口罩不规范率、外出就餐率、陪护人员告知书签署率、每日体温2次监测登记率。结果管理1周后口罩佩戴率电梯(100.00%)、病房(98.65%)、走廊(100.00%)均高于管理前1周(86.49%、81.08%、83.78%),管理1周后佩戴口罩不规范率(1.35%)低于管理前1周(18.92%),管理1周后外出就餐率(2.70%)低于管理前1周(21.62%),陪护人员告知书签署率(100.00%)、每日体温2次监测登记率(100.00%)高于管理前1周(90.54%、89.19%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常态化疫情防控背景下综合医院加强探视陪护管理,可有效提高探视陪护者口罩佩戴率,降低外出就餐率,可加强体温监测与管理。Objective To analyze the management measures and effects of visiting escorts in general hospitals under the normal epidemic prevention and control mechanism.Methods The study object from June 2020 to June 2021 at our hospital 74 cases of hospitalized patients,the implementation of comprehensive hospital management,escort contrast management before 1 week,1 week after the elevator,ward,corridor mask wear rate,wearing masks is not standard rate,eating out rate,attendants told book signing rate,body temperature monitoring registration rates twice a day.Results After 1 week of management,the wearing rates of masks in elevators(100.00%),wards(98.65%)and corridors(100.00%)were higher than those in the first week of management(86.49%,81.08%,83.78%).After 1 week of management,the non-standard wearing rate of masks(1.35%)was lower than that in the first week of management(18.92%).After 1 week of management,the rate of eating out(2.70%)was lower than that before 1 week of management(21.62%),the rate of accompanying staff signing notice(100.00%)and the registration rate of monitoring body temperature twice a day(100.00%)were higher than those before 1 week of management(90.54%,89.19%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Under the background of normalized epidemic prevention and control,strengthening the management of visiting companions in general hospitals can effectively improve the wearing rate of masks,reduce the rate of eating out,and strengthen the monitoring and management of body temperature.
