摘　　要：目的探讨一例大脑前动脉动脉瘤夹闭术后并发心室电风暴患者的急救与护理。方法对一例大脑前动脉动脉瘤夹闭术后并发心室电风暴患者的急救与护理进行回顾性分析。结果经过对患者的对症治疗和精心护理,患者未再发生恶性心律失常。结论全面的护理干预,包括神经专科疾病的护理以及心室电风暴的急救与护理,可以有效减少神经专科疾病并发症的发生及心室电风暴的再次发生。Objective To investigate the first aid and nursing of a patient with ventricular electrostorm after anterior aneurysm.Methods We anayzed the emergency and care of a patient with complicated ventricular electric storm after anterior cerebral artery aneurysm.Results After symptomatic treat and careful care,the patient had no malignant arrhythmia.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervetion,including neurological diseases and the emergency treatment and nursing,can effcitively reduce the occurrence of neueological disease complications and the recurrence of ventricular electrical storm.
