络病理论指导下的李氏砭法对气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变的选穴体会

摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是糖尿病患者常见的并发症之一,具有较高的发病率,中医上归结为“消渴痹症”抑或“脉痹”等消渴病的并发症范畴。气虚血瘀型是其临床中常见的证型,治疗上以“补气活血化瘀,舒筋通络止痛”的思路为主。以“疏通”为核心的李氏砭法在糖尿病的治疗中有着较好的疗效,笔者从络病理论的角度阐述李氏砭法以行气活血的方法对气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变的选穴体会。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is one of the common complications in diabetic patients with a high incidence.In traditional Chinese medicine,it can be attributed to the complication category of"bi syndrome of diabetic"or"pulse impediment".Qi deficiency and blood stasis type is a common clinical syndrome,and the treatment is mainly based on the idea of"tonifying qi,promoting blood circulation,removing stasis,relaxing tendons,clearing collaterals and relieving pain".Li's scraping method with"dredging"as the core has a good curative effect in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.The author expounds the experience of acupoint selection of Li's scraping method with the method of promoting qi and activating blood circulation on diabetic peripheral neuropathy of qi deficiency and blood stasis type from the perspective of the theory of collateral disease.
