中药熏洗推拿联合盐酸氨溴索、阿奇霉素对小儿肺炎发热的疗效、症状消失时间的影响

摘　　要：目的探究对小儿肺炎患儿在盐酸氨溴索、阿奇霉素西药治疗基础上联合中药熏洗推拿干预的临床效果。方法纳入2021年1月-2021年12月期间汉川市妇幼保健院儿科收治的支气管肺炎患儿60例,在数字编序后以随机数字表方式将患儿分为对照组、观察组,每组30例。对照组给予盐酸氨溴索、阿奇霉素药物治疗;观察组在药物治疗基础上联合中药熏洗推拿干预。对两组患儿病情疗效、症状(高热、咳嗽、肺部啰音、白细胞、胸片异常)消失时间、炎症因子[白细胞计数(WBC)、白介素因子-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平进行比较。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿肺炎相关症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后各项炎症因子指标检测结果低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿肺炎发热患儿应用中药熏洗推拿联合盐酸氨溴索、阿奇霉素治疗效果显著,可在更短时间内缓解病情,以免对患儿生理、生长造成负担。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing massage on the basis of ambroxol hydrochloride and azithromycin in the treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 60 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of the hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were enrolled.The children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table after numerical sequencing,and then divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride and azithromycin.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and massage.The clinical efficacy,disappearance of symptoms(high fever,cough,lung rales,white blood cells,abnormal chest radiograph),inflammatory factors[white blood cell count(WBC),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pneumonia-related symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and massage combined with ambroxol hydrochloride and azithromycin in the treatment of children with pneumonia and fever has a significant effect,which can relieve the disease in a shorter time to avoid the burden on children's physiology and growth.
