埃索美拉唑、奥美拉唑在幽门螺杆菌胃溃疡中的应用及病人胃黏膜血流量、不良反应情况分析

摘　　要：目的研究幽门螺杆菌(Hp)胃溃疡应用埃索美拉唑、奥美拉唑的疗效。方法采用单双号分组法随机将郴州市第三人民医院2020年1月-2022年3月收治的92例Hp相关胃溃疡患者分为A组(46例)与B组(46例),分别给予埃索美拉唑、奥美拉唑治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果A组Hp转阴时间、溃疡愈合时间均短于B组,胃各部位黏膜血流量、治疗总有效率、生活质量评分均高于B组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论埃索美拉唑疗效更佳且安全性较高。Objective To study the efficacy of Esomeprazole and omeprazole in Helicobacter pylori(Hp)gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 92 patients with Hp-related gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into group A(46 cases)and group B(46 cases)who were treated with esomeprazole and omeprazole,respectively,by odd-even grouping method.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The Hp negative turning time and ulcer healing time in group A were shorter than those in group B,and the mucosal blood flow in each part of stomach,the total effective rate of treatment and the quality of life score in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole is more effective and safe.
