摘 要:目的分析上海市徐汇区枫林街道社区卫生服务中心药剂科用药咨询特点,促进药师业务水平提升,保证患者用药合理性。方法回顾性收集2020年3月-2022年2月86例枫林街道社区卫生服务中心药剂科用药咨询记录及满意度调查,对统计数据进行分析。结果中成药咨询占比48.84%(42/86),中药汤剂及西药占比分别为9.30%(8/86)、41.86%(36/86);咨询者以抗菌药物使用[占比16.28%(14/86)]、药品基本信息[占比12.79%(11/86)]、用药注意事项[占比11.63%(10/86)]、药物用量及用法[占比10.47%(9/86)]及特殊人群用药[占比10.47%(9/86)]为主要问题;而疾病诊断及针对用药、药物不良反应及相互作用、药物储存方式及有效期、重复用药错误、特殊装置或药物的用法、药物联合应用、相似药品替代及投诉建议分别占比3.49%(3/86)、6.98%(6/86)、4.65%(4/86)、3.49%(3/86)、3.49%(3/86)、5.81%(5/86)、6.98%(6/86)、3.49%(3/86);本中心的专业药师中临床药师占比66.67%(4/6);86例患者对社区药学服务窗口总满意度为88.37%(76/86),其中,62例取药后咨询者满意度为90.32%(56/62),24例非取药患者满意度为83.33%(20/24)。结论社区患者用药咨询内容大部分为慢性病用药或常见疾病用药,药师应根据自身掌握的药物相关知识为患者解答疑惑,同时需提高自身能力及医学知识,注意沟通时的态度及技巧,为患者提供经济、安全的药学服务。Objective To analyze the characteristics of consultation on medication in the Pharmacy Department of Fenglin Community Health Service Center,Xuhui District,Shanghai,so as to improve the pharmacists'professional level and ensure the rationality of medication.Methods The consultation records on medication and satisfaction investigation results of 86 individuals who came to Fenglin Community Health Service Center for medication from March 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively collected.The statistical data were analyzed.Results The proportions of consultation on Chinese patent medicine,traditional Chinese medicine decoction and western medicine were 48.84%(42/86),9.30%(8/86)and 41.86%(36/86),respectively.The main problems mentioned included antibiotics use,basic information of drugs,precautions for drug use,drug dosage and usage,and medication for special groups,accounting for 16.28%(14/86),12.79%(11/86),11.63%(10/86),10.47%(9/86),and 10.47%(9/86),respectively.The proportions of other disease diagnoses and targeted medication,adverse drug reactions and interaction,drug storage methods and expiry date,repeated drug use errors,usage of special devices or drugs,combined use of drugs,similar drug substitution,and complaints were 3.49%(3/86),6.98%(6/86),4.65%(4/86),3.49%(3/86),3.49%(3/86),5.81%(5/86),6.98%(6/86),and 3.49%(3/86),respectively.The proportion of clinical pharmacists among professional pharmacists in the community health centre was 66.67%(4/6).The total satisfaction rate of the 86 patients with community pharmacy service was 88.37%(76/86).The satisfaction rates of patients with medicine and those without medicine were 90.32%(56/62)and 83.33%(20/24).Conclusion Most of the patients in this community have consulted about drugs used for chronic diseases or common diseases.Pharmacists should answer the patients'doubts based on their own drug-associated knowledge.Meanwhile,they need to improve their abilities and medical knowledge,and pay attention to their attitudes and skills in communication,thereby providi
