摘　　要：目的探讨个体化凯格尔运动在宫颈癌手术患者术后导尿管留置时间中的影响。方法选取无锡市人民医院在2018年1月-2020年1月接诊收治的86例宫颈癌术后留置导尿管患者,以数字表法作为依据,将满足纳入要求的研究对象随机分为研究组与对照组,每组43例。对照组实施常规性护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上提供个体化凯格尔运动指导,比较两组患者导尿管留置时间与残余尿量。结果研究组留置导尿管天数少于对照组,残余尿量平均值少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化凯格尔运动护理措施应用于宫颈癌术后导尿管留置患者,能有效改善患者术后膀胱功能,缩短导尿管留置时间,值得在临床上进一步推广。Objective To explore the time progress of individualized Kegel exercise in the indwelling time of urinary catheter after cervical cancer surgery.Methods Select 86 patients with indwelling catheters after cervical cancer surgery who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020.Based on the digital table,the subjects who met the inclusion requirements were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the study group provided individualized Kegel exercise guidance on the basis of routine nursing,and compared the retention time of urinary catheter and residual urine volume between the two groups.Results The days of indwelling catheter in the research group were less than those in the control group,and the average residual urine volume was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized Kegel exercise nursing measures in indwelling catheter after cervical cancer surgery can effectively improve the bladder function and shorten the indwelling time of catheter,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
