辨证施食、中医起居护理在脑梗塞患者中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的调查在对脑梗塞患者提供辨证施食、中医起居护理服务过程中的临床应用效果。方法此次实验研究中的48例分析对象均随机选取于自2019年4月-2020年4月之间天津市南开医院收治的脑梗塞患者,根据随机分组法将患者分为X组与Y组,每组各有24例患者,X组患者的护理方案为普通护理服务+辨证施食、中医起居护理干预,Y组患者的护理方法为普通护理服务。结果与Y组患者相比,X组患者护理后心理状态、肢体功能、语言功能、神经功能恢复效果均更为理想,P<0.05;比较两组患者生活质量后可知,X组患者显著高于Y组患者,P<0.05。结论辨证施食、中医起居护理干预的应用不仅有效疏导了患者的负性情绪,同时,也促进了患者肢体、语言与神经功能更好地恢复,提高患者的生活水平与质量,让患者更好地积极配合现阶段的治疗,在临床应用良好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical application in the course of providing symptom-differentiated diet and traditional Chinese medical nursing service for patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 48 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into X group and Y Group,there were 24 patients in each group.The nursing plan of X Group was General Nursing Service+diet based on syndrome differentiation,Chinese medicine nursing intervention,and the nursing method of Y Group was general nursing service.Results Compared with the patients in Y group,the patients in X Group had better recovery of mental state,limb function,language function and nerve function after nursing,P<0.05.After comparing the quality of life of the patients in two groups,we know that the patients in X group had better recovery of mental state,limb function,language function and nerve function,the P<0.05 in Group X was significantly higher than that in group Y.Conclusion The application of diet based on syndrome differentiation and nursing intervention in daily life not only effectively dredges the negative emotions of patients,but also promotes the better recovery of limbs,language and nerve function,improve the living standard and quality of patients,so that patients better actively with the treatment at this stage,in clinical application is good,it is worth promoting.
