椿乳凝胶治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性宫颈炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨湿热瘀阻型慢性宫颈炎应用椿乳凝胶治疗的效果。方法选取宁都县妇幼保健院计划生育服务中心收治的湿热瘀阻型慢性宫颈炎患者82例,时间分布为2021年1月-2022年1月,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例。对照组和观察组分别采用模拟椿乳凝胶和椿乳凝胶治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组湿热瘀阻证总有效率为85.37%,高于对照组的63.41%(P<0.05)。观察组炎症改善总有效率为87.80%,高于对照组的53.66%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组和对照组的湿热瘀阻证积分分别为(2.53±1.06)分和(3.97±1.13)分,两组均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于湿热瘀阻型慢性宫颈炎患者的治疗,应用椿乳凝胶效果显著,且安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of Chunru gel on chronic cervicitis of dampness heat stasis type.Methods 82 patients with chronic cervicitis of damp heat and blood stasis type admitted to our hospital were selected,and the time distribution was from January 2021 to January 2022.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with simulated Chunru gel and Chunru gel respectively,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of damp heat stasis syndrome in the observation group was 85.37%,higher than 63.41%in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of inflammation degree in the observation group was 87.80%,higher than 53.66%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of damp heat and blood stasis syndrome in the observation group and the control group were(2.53±1.06)points and(3.97±1.13)points,respectively.Both groups were lower than those before treatment.The scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The chunru gel is effective and safe in treating chronic cervicitis of dampness heat stasis type.
