摘　　要：马宝璋教授精研中医古籍,在临证中运用动物类药治疗子宫内膜异位症疾病自成一家,对子宫内膜异位症的病因病机和理法方药的认识具有独特的见解和临证经验。充分发挥中医临床的优势和特色,重视审证求因,以祛瘀为本;顺应胞宫生理周期,以攻补兼施;注重调理气血,以平为期;善运用动物类药,以消癥止痛,在临证中往往收效颇丰。Professor Ma Baozhang has made intensive research on ancient Chinese medical books and used animal drugs to treat endometriosis in clinical syndromes.He has a unique insight and clinical experience in understanding the etiology,pathogenesis and prescription of endometriosis.Give full play to the advantages and characteristics of TCM,pay attention to the examination of syndromes and seek for the cause,based on removing blood stasis;conform to the physiological cycle of the uterus,to attack and supplement at the same time;pay attention to regulating qi and blood,to equalize the duration;good use of animal drugs,in or-der to eliminate symptoms and pain,in the clinical syndrome is often very effective.
