摘　　要：《〈新莱茵报。政治经济评论〉出版启事》表达了马克思和恩格斯继续举起《新莱茵报》旗帜的革命意志,精炼地总结了世界上第一家无产阶级日报《新莱茵报》的经验:它的革命立场、它与人民每天的积极互动、超常的新闻时效和成功的传播效果。同时,也阐述了马克思主义理论期刊《新莱茵报。政治经济评论》的主要内容。目前该著的中译文存在较多问题,关键的论证翻译不够准确,影响中文读者对马克思和恩格斯思想的进一步理解。作者认为,翻译马克思和恩格斯的论著,直译是原则,要做到恩格斯所说:设法更接近原文,尽量更准确地表达原文。为深刻理解和领悟革命导师的新闻思想,最好直接阅读他们的原著文本。Announcement of the Neue Rheinische Zeitung. Politisch-ökonomische Revue expresses the revolutionary will of Marx and Engels to continue to hold up the banner of the Neue Rheinische Zeitung,and succinctly summarizes the experience of the world’s first proletarian daily newspaper Neue Rheinische Zeitung including its revolutionary standpoint,active interaction with the people every day,and extraordinary news timeliness and successful communication effect. At the same time,it also expounds the Marxist theoretical journal the Neue Rheinische Zeitung. Politisch-ökonomische Revue. At present,there are many problems in the Chinese translation of this work,and the translation of key arguments is not accurate enough,which affects the further understanding of Marx and Engels’ thoughts by Chinese readers. The author believes that when translating the works of Marx and Engels,literal translation is the principle. It’s important to follow what Engels said,i.e. try to get closer to the original text and express the original text as accurately as possible. In order to thoroughly understand and comprehend the news ideas of the revolutionary mentors,it is best to read their original texts.
