无针肌内注射免疫四价流感裂解疫苗的免疫保护效果评价

摘　　要：采用无针肌内注射流感疫苗免疫SD大鼠和巴马小型猪,用有针肌内注射免疫作为对照,通过观察评价局部接种效果,并采用血凝抑制试验测定疫苗免疫后的血抑抗体效价及鸡胚中和试验评价中和抗体效价。结果显示,无针肌内注射30μg HA抗原量可达到免疫的最佳效果。与有针肌内注射相比,无针肌内注射能产生对各型别病毒的更好的血凝抑制抗体和中和性抗体。结果表明,无针肌内注射四价流感裂解疫苗安全、有效,将为流感疫苗快速大规模接种提供新的策略,为无针注射免疫疫苗临床试验研究提供依据。To provide experimental basis for clinical trial,the immune effectiveness of needle-free intramuscular injection of tetravalent split influenza vaccine was evaluated.Needle-free intramuscular injection of influenza vaccine was used in SD rats and Bama miniature pigs,and needle intramuscular injection was used as the control.The local vaccination effect was observed and evaluated,and the serum HI titers and chicken embryo neutralization titers were measured.Needle-free intramuscular injection of 30μg HA antigen could achieve the best immune effect.Compared with intramuscular injection with needle,the titers of all types of HI titers were the same,but the neutralization titers produced by needle-free intramuscular injection were better.In conclusion,needle-free intramuscular injection of tetravalent influenza split vaccine is safe and effective,which will provide a new technical strategy for influenza vaccine and further support the future clinical trial.
