摘　　要：可弯曲喉罩(FLMA)是专为头颈部手术设计的第一个成功上市的喉罩。与经典喉罩(LMA)比较,FLMA细长的通气管能随意弯曲,抗打折,抗压缩,为外科医师提供了更好的手术视野。旋转头部时FLMA不易移位,其在中耳手术中应用具有其独特的优越性。但也有学者对其使用的安全性持怀疑态度,担心术中通气不良及反流误吸的发生。FLMA的置入也较其他类型喉罩更困难,因此限制了其在中耳手术中的使用。本文就FLMA的发展,型号选择,置入与拔除及其在成人中耳手术中应用的利弊作一论述,为临床医师在中耳手术麻醉中选择FLMA提供参考。Flexible laryngeal mask airway(FLMA)is Archie Brain’s first commercially successful laryngeal mask which specifically designed for head-and-neck surgery.Compared with the classic laryngeal mask,the slender breathing tube of FLMA can be bent freely,resist folding and compression FLMA can provide surgeons with a better field of vision.FLMA is less likely to shift when0x09 the head is rotated,and its application in middle ear surgery has its unique advantages.However,some scholars are skeptical about its safety and worry about the occurrence of poor ventilation and reflux aspiration during the operation.The placement of the FLMA is also more difficult than other types of laryngeal mask,which limits its use in middle ear surgery.In this paper,the development,model selection,placement and removal of the FLMA and the advantages and disadvantages of its application in adult middle ear surgery were discussed in detail,to provide reference for clinicians to choose the FLMA during middle ear surgery anesthesia.
