摘 要:在流水车间调度过程中,为防止设备劣化过度,需要进行预防性维修,但过于频繁的预防性维修又会影响生产调度的顺利进行。针对该问题,对状态可检测的可修多设备生产系统,以流水车间调度序列与视情维修序列为决策变量,最大期望完工时间最小为优化目标,进行流水车间调度和视情维修的联合决策建模研究。推导相应的概率密度函数,并进行数值求解。通过不同调度作业规模的实验对比及相关参数灵敏度分析,验证了联合决策模型的有效性和正确性。In the flow shop scheduling,preventive maintenance is required to prevent excessive deterioration of equipment,but too frequent preventive maintenance will affect the smooth progress of production scheduling. In order to solve this problem,for state detectable multi-equipment production systems,aiming at minimizing the maximum expected completion time,a joint decision model of flow shops scheduling and condition-based maintenance was studied by taking the flow shop scheduling sequence and the condition-based maintenance sequence as decision variables. The corresponding probability density functions and its numerical solution method were derived. The validity and accuracy of the joint decision model were verified by comparing different scheduling job sizes and analyzing the sensitivity of related parameters.
