摘  要:针对产品模块化设计过程中易受设计人员个人经验等主观因素的影响,导致产品设计效率不高,甚至设计不合理等问题,提出一种基于设计结构矩阵(Design Structure Matrix,DSM)、最小描述长度理论(Minimum Description Length,MDL)与可适应性评价的产品模块化设计方法。以电动卡丁车模块化设计为例,在模块划分阶段,分析产品各零部件间的关系,构建综合设计结构矩阵,采用层次分裂聚类算法和K-Means聚类算法对矩阵进行分析,得到多种模块划分结果;在方案评价阶段,先通过对比两种不同算法方案的MDL值结果,筛选出更合理的算法方案,再通过可适应性评价方法针对算法方案进行评价,得出最终结果。研究结果验证了基于DSM,MDL与可适应性评价的产品模块化设计方法在模块化设计过程中的合理性和可行性,为产品模块化开发过程中的模块合理划分提供参考。Product modular design process could be influenced easily by subjective factors,such as personal experience of designers,resulting low efficiency of the product design and even unreasonable design issues.A product modular design method based on design structure matrix(DSM),minimum description length(MDL)theory and adaptability evaluation was proposed.The module design of electric go-kart was taken as an example to analyze relationships between various parts of the product in the module division stage.A comprehensive design structure matrix was established.Hierarchical split clustering algorithm and K-Means clustering algorithm were adopted to conduct matrix analysis to obtain multiple module division results.In the program evaluation stage,MDL results of two different algorithm schemes were compared to screen the more reasonable algorithm.The algorithm schemes were evaluated through adaptability evaluation method and get the final result.The results verified the rationality and feasibility of the product modular design method based on DSM,MDL and adaptability evaluation in the process of modular design.This could provide references for the rational division of modules in the process of product modular development.
