摘 要:某厂生产的35圆钢在客户加工成零件过程中零件内壁出现通条缺陷,为了分析缺陷形成原因,采用直读光谱仪、数字显微镜、扫描电镜对缺陷试样进行化学成分、金相、缺陷成分等理化性能检测分析。分析结果表明,零件内壁缺陷系由钢连铸生产过程中结晶器内卷渣引起。这些被卷入钢中的保护渣在后续加工成零件的过程中剥落、暴露在表面形成零件内壁通条凹坑缺陷。通过对缺陷零件原始炉号生产过程调查确定结晶器卷渣原因,并采取相应措施有效避免类似缺陷再次发生。The strip defects on the inner wall of parts were observed when the 35 round steel produced by a factory was processed into parts by one customer.In order to analyze the formation causes of defects,the chemical composition,metallography,defect composition and other physical and chemical properties of the defective samples were tested and analyzed by direct reading spectrometer,digital microscope and scanning electron microscope.The analysis results showed that the defects on the inner wall of parts were caused by the slag curling in the mold during steel continuous casting.The protective slag drawn into the steel was peeled off and exposed on the surface in the subsequent processing of parts,forming the defects of strip pits on the inner wall of parts.By investigating the production process of the original heat of defective parts,the causes of slag entrapment in the mold were determined,and corresponding measures were taken to prevent similar defects from happening again.
