摘  要:以柳湾煤矿井下岩巷掘进面和采煤工作面呼吸性粉尘的物理化学特性为研究目标,联合使用多种分析测试方法从宏观角度对其粒度分布、元素组成等进行分析,从微观角度对其形貌、微区元素组成及分布进行分析,并对粉尘所含有机官能团进行分析,得到详细的岩巷掘进面和采煤工作面呼吸性粉尘结构组成和成分组成等物理化学特性。岩巷掘进面粉尘中的呼吸性粉尘(-5μm)体积分数高达33.24%,游离二氧化硅质量分数达到了14.64%,而采煤工作面粉尘中的呼吸性粉尘(-5μm)体积分数仅为0.50%,游离二氧化硅质量分数为1.87%。岩巷掘进面呼吸性粉尘中的Pb、As和Cd等有害元素含量也明显高于采煤工作面呼吸性粉尘。除了无机成分,两种呼吸性粉尘中还含有醇类、酚类及苯系物等有机成分,这些分析结果为煤矿井下呼吸性粉尘造成的职业病预防及相关除尘设备的开发提供了重要基础信息。The physicochemical characteristics of respirable dust in underground rock roadway heading face and coal mining face of Liuwan Coal Mine were taken as the research goal.The particle size distribution and element composition were analyzed from the macro point of view,and meanwhile,the morphology,micro area element composition and distribution were also analyzed from the micro point of view.Moreover,the organic functional groups contained in the dust were also investigated.The detailed physiochemical characteristics of respirable dust such as structure and composition in rock roadway heading face and coal mining face were obtained.The content of respirable dust(-5μm)in rock roadway heading face was up to 33.24%,while the content of free silicon dioxide was 14.64%.But for the sample in coal mining face,the content of respiratory dust(-5μm)and free silicon dioxide was only 0.50%and 1.87%,respectively.The contents of harmful elements such as Pb,As and Cd in the respirable dust of rock roadway heading face were also significantly higher than those in the respirable dust of coal mining face.Apart from inorganic components,both two types of respirable dust also contained organic components such as alcohols,phenols and benzene series.These analysis results provided important basic information for the prevention of occupational diseases caused by respirable dust and the development of relevant dust removal equipment.
