摘 要:为了满足高速电机转子对硅钢材料的力学要求,在实验室开发超高强度无取向硅钢,以期对大生产起到一定的借鉴意义。采用一次冷轧法和二次冷轧法两条工艺路线,使合金成分为3%Si-0.8%Al的试验钢退火板保留未再结晶组织,即用位错强化方法开发超高强度无取向硅钢。一次冷轧法开发的500、600 MPa级超高强度无取向硅钢磁极化强度J_(5 000)可分别达到1.66、1.61 T。其中,退火工艺为675℃-4 min时,产品再结晶分数为81.2%,屈服强度R_(p0.2)为542 MPa;退火工艺为650℃-2 min时,再结晶分数为30.3%,屈服强度R_(p0.2)为656 MPa。二次冷轧法开发的600 MPa级超高强度无取向硅钢,退火工艺为650℃-2 min时,产品再结晶分数为30.7%,屈服强度R_(p0.2)为642 MPa;磁极化强度J_(5 000)较一次冷轧600 MPa级产品提高约0.04 T,达到1.65 T;产品综合性能水平与日本制铁35HXT590T相当。试验钢的开始再结晶温度约为625℃。退火工艺为700℃-4 min时产品组织再结晶完全。随着退火温度的升高和退火时间的延长,产品再结晶分数逐渐变大,产品力学强度、铁损单调下降,磁极化强度单调上升。退火温度从525℃到725℃,产品磁极化强度J_(1 500)提升了0.331 T,J_(5 000)提升了0.143 T,即低场磁极化强度的提升幅度更大。退火工艺不同,产品再结晶分数会有较大差异,从而对性能造成很大影响。大生产试制超高强硅钢,需要更加精确地控制退火温度和时间,才能确保产品组织和性能的稳定。In order to meet the mechanical requirements of silicon steel for high-speed motor rotors,ultra-high strength non-oriented silicon steel was developed in the laboratory,with a view to providing some reference for large-scale production.Two technological routes,one-time cold rolling and two-time cold rolling,are adopted to make the annealed plate of the test steel with the alloy composition of 3%Si-0.8%Al retain the non-recrystallized structure.That is,the dislocation strengthening method is used to develop the ultra-high strength non oriented silicon steel.The magnetic polarization J_(5 000)of 500MPa and 600MPa grade ultra-high strength non-oriented silicon steel devel-oped by one-time cold rolling method can reach 1.66Tand 1.61Trespectively.And when the annealing process is 675℃-4min,the recrystallization fraction of the product is 81.2%,and the yield strength R_(p0.2)is 542 MPa;when the annealing process is 650℃-2min,the recrystallization fraction is 30.3%and R_(p0.2)is 656 MPa.The 600 MPa grade ultra-high strength non-oriented silicon steel developed by two-time cold rolling method has a recrystallization fraction of 30.7%and R_(p0.2)of 642MPa under the annealing process of 650℃-2min;J_(5 000)is about 0.04Thigher than that of 600MPa grade one-time cold rolled products,reaching 1.65T;The comprehensive performance level of the product is equivalent to that of Nippon Steel′s 35HXT590T.The initial recrystallization temperature of the test steel is about 625℃.When the annealing process is 700℃-4min,the recrystallization of product structure is com-plete.With the increase of annealing temperature and annealing time,the recrystallization fraction of the product gradually increases,the mechanical strength and iron loss of the product monotonously decrease,and the magnetic polarization intensity monotonously increases.The annealing temperature is from 525℃to 725℃,the magnetic po-larization intensity J_(1 500)of the product is increased by 0.331T,and the J_(5 000)is increased by 0.143T,that is,the low fi
