梅钢5号高炉长期休风后温度场模拟研究与应用

摘  要:由于计划检修或处理突发情况的需要,休复风是高炉生产过程中必不可少的环节。若休风时间较长,则高炉炉内会发生热量逐渐损失、温度逐渐下降、进而使炉料质量劣化等现象,上述变化会给高炉快速复风和达产造成操作困难。为研究制定合理的休风料加入方法,借助Fluent数值模拟软件,基于湍流模型、多孔介质算法和组分输运模型,模拟计算了梅钢5号高炉在中心加焦的布料制度下,休风1、4、7 d时炉内的温度场分布和炉内热量损失,并据此结果对高炉休风料的加入方案进行了优化,一方面减少了休风料的空焦批数、增加正常矿焦批数,另一方面将部分净焦料批放置于高炉炉身炉料粉化温度区间部位。在此优化调整下,得益于液态渣铁量的增加,高炉炉缸热量实现快速补充,且复风过程高炉料柱始终维持合理的透气性。在休风7 d后,高炉炉况恢复快速顺利,实现29 h恢复全风量。Because of the need of planned maintenance or emergency treatment, the blowing break and re-blowing operations are essential parts of blast furnace production process. If blast furnace is blowing break for long time, there will be a gradual loss of heat, drop in temperature and deterioration of the burden quality. The above changes make it difficult to re-blow the blast furnace and reach the production capacity quickly. In order to study and formulate reasonable charging method for blast furnace blowing break burden, based on turbulence model, porous media algorithm and species transport model in the Fluent numerical simulation software, the temperature field distribution and heat loss of No.5 blast furnace in Meishan Iron and Steel Company at the time for 1, 4 and 7 days of blowing break were simulated and calculated at the condition of center coke charging method. Based on the results, the charging method of blast furnace blowing break burden was optimized. On the one hand, the number of pure coke batches was reduced and the number of normal ore-coke batches was increased, on the other hand, part of pure coke batches was placed in the pulverization temperature area of blast furnace body. Under this optimization and adjustment, the heat in the hearth of blast furnace is quickly replenished thanks to the increase of liquid slag and iron, and the blast furnace charge column always maintains reasonable permeability during the re-blowing process. After 7 days of blowing break, the blast furnace condition is recovered quickly and smoothly, and the full airflow is restored in29 hours.
