摘  要:唐钢新区转炉工序存在作业周期偏长且长短不一等问题,制约着炼钢过程高效冶炼生产及规范化操作水平的提升。为提高唐钢200 t转炉生产效率,通过对转炉工序内各事件-时间进行解析,找出薄弱环节,在转炉工艺优化、软硬件设施提升等方面开展了系列工作。结果表明,采用新的6孔氧枪喷头,供氧强度达到3.9 m3/(t·min),并结合供氧制度优化,使吹氧时间由13.5 min降低至10.8 min以内;将原160 mm出钢口改造为170 mm出钢口,使平均出钢时间缩短40 s以上;通过实施转炉自动出钢技术,转炉下渣指数平均值从35.6降低到22.9,降低了36%,下渣量明显减少,同时出钢时间缩短约5%~10%。通过以上系列技术攻关,转炉处理时间(兑铁-倒渣结束)由2021年6月的37.7 min缩短至2022年3—4月的30 min以内,单班最短达到26.8 min,为转炉高效生产提供了有力的保障。Some problems such as too long and nonuniformity operation period exist in the converter process of Tanggang New Area, which restricts the improvement of efficient smelting production and standardized operation level in the steelmaking process. In order to improve the production efficiency of the 200 t converter in Tangsteel, through the analysis of each event-time in the converter process, the weak links were identified, and a series of work was carried out in the optimization of converter process and the improvement of software and hardware facilities. The results show that the oxygen supply intensity of 6-hole oxygen gun nozzle can reach 3.9 m~3/(t·min). Combined with the optimization of oxygen supply system, the oxygen blowing time can be reduced from 13.5 min to less than 10.8 min. By transforming the former 160 mm outlet into 170 mm outlet, the average tapping time is shortened by more than 40 s. Through adopting the automatic tapping technology of converter, the average slag index of converter is reduced from 35.6 to 22.9, which is 36% lower, the amount of slag is reduced significantly, and the tapping time is saved by about 5%-10%. Through the above series of methods, the period of converter is shortened from 37.7 min(June 2021) to less than 30 min(March-April 2022), and the shortest period for a single shift is 26.8 min, which provides strong guarantee for the efficient production of the steelmaking production.
