摘　　要：本文旨在探讨海船船员感音性耳聋现状并分析其影响因素。2020年6月至2022年5月对在福州海关(莆田)口岸门诊部参加健康体检的7439名海船船员进行听力、血压、血糖检测,并收集基本资料。结果提示,28.44%船员检出感音性耳聋,33.12%检出高血压,12.06%检出高血糖。Logistic回归分析显示,高血压(OR=1.189,95%CI=1.055~1.339)、高血糖(OR=1.567,95%CI=1.345~1.825)、年龄[30~39岁vs<30岁(OR=7.930,95%CI=6.687~9.404)、40~49岁vs<30岁(OR=8.181,95%CI=6.803~9.838)、≥50岁vs<30岁(OR=10.218,95%CI=7.588~13.761)]、职业[轮机部vs甲板部(OR=1.451,95%CI=1.293~1.629)]是导致船员感音性耳聋的促进因素。应加强对高龄、在轮机部工作和患有基础疾病的船员的干预。The objective of this paper is to discuss the current situation and influencing factors of sensorineural deafness in seafarers.From June 2020 to May 2022,the hearing,blood pressure and blood glucose of 7439 seafarers who participated in health examinations at Putian Port Outpatient Department of Fuzhou Customs District had been tested,and basic data collected.The results showed that 28.44% of the crew members were detected with sensorineural deafness,33.12% with hypertension,and 12.06% with hyperglycemia.Logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension(OR=1.189,95%CI=1.055~1.339),hyperglycemia(OR=1.567,95%CI=1.345~1.825),age group[30~39 vs<30(OR=7.930,95%CI=6.687~9.404),40~49 vs<30(OR=8.181,95%CI=6.803~9.838),≥50vs<30(OR=10.218,95%CI=7.588~13.761)],and job position[engine division vs deck department(OR=1.451,95%CI=1.293~1.629)]were the contributing factors to sensorineural deafness.The high incidence of sensorineural deafness in seafarers was related to hypertension,hyperglycemia,age and job position.Interventions should be strengthened for seafarer who are older,working in the engine department and suffering from underlying diseases.
