摘　　要：本文通过对氨合成装置高压管道设计中出现管道壁厚不足、水压试验压力超压、法兰超压工作等问题进行分析探讨,指出氨合成装置高压管道设计选用的企业标准必须满足有关国家标准规范要求。This paper analyzes and discusses the problems such as insufficient pipeline wall thickness of,overpressure of hydraulic test and overpressure of flange in the design of high pressure pipeline of ammonia synthesis plant.It points out that the enterprise standard selected for design of high pressure pipeline of ammonia synthesis plant must meet the requirements of relevant national standards and specifications.
