摘　　要：兖矿新疆煤化工有限公司醇氨联产项目主要以煤气化为核心,为提高系统风险能力,探索出“单台气化炉带甲醇、氨合成、尿素系统”、“单台气化炉带甲醇、尿素系统”、“两台气化炉带氨合成、尿素系统”等七种系统运行模式,极大的减少了原材物料的浪费,同时提高了全系统的运行周期。The alcohol-ammonia cogeneration project of Yankuang Xinjiang Coal Chemical Company is mainly focused on coal gasification.In order to improve the system risk ability,it has explored seven system operation modes,including"single gasifier with methanol,ammonia synthesis and urea system","single gasifier with methanol and urea system",and"two gasifiers with ammonia synthesis and urea system",which greatly reduced the waste of raw materials.At the same time,the operation cycle of the whole system is improved.
