摘　　要：本文介绍了山东华鲁恒升化工股份有限公司3#、4#空分装置预冷系统淤堵漂水的在线处理过程。预冷系统水冷塔填料结垢淤堵,导致漂水严重、换热效果差,对进入水冷塔的循环水实施添加缓蚀阻垢剂、水冷塔顶部增加一层除沫器、除沫器在线粘泥剥离方案等,效果明显。This paper introduces the online treatment process of the mud siltation and floating water phenomenon in the pre-cooling system of 3#&4#air separation unit of Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Chemical Company.Scaling and silting of water-cooling tower fillers in the pre-cooling system leads to serious water drift phenomenon and poor heat exchange effect.Corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor are added to the circulating water entering the water-cooling tower,a layer of foam remover is added to the top of the water-cooling tower,and the online mudstripping of the foam remover is implemented,which have obvious effects.
