摘  要:在煤制气项目中绝大部分的脱盐水进入除氧器,经热力除氧后,送入锅炉或废锅,产生蒸汽,蒸汽经换热器换热或汽轮机做功后转化成冷凝液,返回脱盐水站制备脱盐水,可持续循环利用。但因生产工艺需求,仍有部分脱盐水和蒸汽无法进行转换,为满足生产需求,增加生产水制备脱盐水装置,保证了脱盐水管网的产出与使用平衡。文中对生产水及冷凝液制备脱盐水原理、脱盐水使用、脱盐水超标及影响等进行阐述。In the coal-to-gas project,the most of desalted water enters the deaerator,after thermal deoxidization,it is sent to the boiler or the waste boiler to produce steam,which is converted into condensate after heat exchange in the heat exchanger or work done by the steam turbine.Then it is returned to desalting water station to prepare desalted water,which is sustainable recycling.However,some desalted water and steam cannot be converted due to the production process demand.In order to meet the production demand,the device of preparing desalted water from production water is added,so as to ensure the output and use balance of desalted water pipe network.In this paper,the principle of preparing desalted water from production water and condensate,the use of desalted water,the excess of desalted water and its influences are described.
