摘　　要：汽车车身冲压件主要分为覆盖件、结构件和一般冲压件,而最能够直观地展示出汽车外观特征的冲压件就是汽车外覆盖件。汽车外覆盖件包括左前车门内板、右前车门内板等17个零件,其观质量直接影响到整车的美观度,所以要求汽车外覆盖零件必须达到表面平顺、腰线清晰,不允许有褶皱、划伤、拉毛、凸包、凹坑、波浪等表面缺陷。同时,汽车车身在许多性能上都具有一定的要求,所以对冲压成品件的强度和成品件的尺寸稳定性的要求也很高。汽车外覆盖件翻边成形一般是覆盖件冲压工艺的最后成型工序,对覆盖件的质量起决定性的作用,因此,在冲压件生产过程中,必须针对冲压件翻边成形时的起皱、开裂以及拉毛、滑移线等缺陷进行仔细分析与研究,并采取相应的措施。The stamping parts of automobile body are mainly divided into covering parts,structural parts and general stamping parts,and the stamping parts that can most intuitively display the appearance characteristics of automobile are the outer covering parts of automobile.The automobile outer covering parts include 17 parts,such as the left front door inner panel and the right front door inner panel,whose appearance quality directly affects the beauty of the whole vehicle.Therefore,it is required that the automobile outer covering parts must have smooth surface,clear waist line,and no surface defects such as wrinkles,scratches,burrs,bumps,pits,waves,etc.are allowed.At the same time,the automobile body has certain requirements on many properties,so the requirements on the strength and dimensional stability of the finished stamping parts are also very high.The flanging forming of automobile outer panels is generally the final forming process of the panel stamping process,and plays a decisive role in the quality of the panel.Therefore,in the production process of the stamping parts,it is necessary to carefully analyze and study the wrinkling,cracking,burring,slip line and other defects of the flanging forming of the stamping parts,and take corresponding measures.
