摘　　要：该文介绍了一种汽车信号灯面罩注塑模具设计过程。主要分析了该产品的工艺特点,以及由此所选用的材料,确定其成型特性。整个设计过程包括模具型腔的布局,分型面的选择、注塑机的选择、浇注系统设计、型腔和型芯的设计、冷却系统和脱模机构的设计、模架的选取等模具设计过程的有关事项和原则,对其他零件的模具设计具有一定的指导意义。This paper introduces the design of an injection mold for an automobile signal lamp mask.The process characteristics of the product are mainly analyzed,and the material is selected.The forming characteristics of the product are determined.The whole design process includes layout of the mold cavity and selection of parting surface.It also explained how to select injection molding machine,design the gating system and make cavities and cores.At the same time,it gives reasons why to design cooling system,demould mechanism and select mold base.It has certain guiding significance for the mold design of other parts.
