摘  要:我国在新能源和智能化汽车发展的科技革命浪潮中,早决策、早布局,抢抓历史机遇、赢得了战略主动,在各方共同努力下取得了显著成效。要求新能源和智能化汽车面向用户开发的试验技术也要与时俱进,持续转型、迭代和升级。进一步加快推动建立完善的低温环境适应性试验开发和验证体系,为国内整车企业低温地区环境适应性开发提供科学的指导依据。In the tide of scientific and technological revolution in the development of new energy and intelligent vehicles,China has made early decisions,made early arrangements,seized historical opportunities,obtained strategic initiatives,and achieved remarkable results with the joint efforts of all parties.It is required that the user oriented test technology for new energy and intelligent vehicles should also keep pace with the times and continue to transform,iterate and upgrade.Further accelerate the establishment of a perfect low temperature environment adaptability test development and verification system,It provides scientific guidance for the development of environmental adaptability of domestic vehicle enterprises in low-temperature areas.
