摘　　要：汽车白车身是由多个冷冲压件、热成型件焊接起来的总成,构成汽车白车身的覆盖件主要指构成车身结构件及开闭件,主要组成是四门、两盖、左右侧围外板、左右翼子板、顶盖外板。汽车白车身是由很多个形状复杂且尺寸较大的冲压件焊接而成的,冲压单件的AUDIT分数将直接影响整车的AUDIT,所以要求冲压单件必须达到表面平顺、腰线清晰,不允许有波浪、划伤、拉毛、凸包、凹坑、毛刺、变形等冲压缺陷。修冲类模具的结构好坏对零件的表面质量、性能等方面有较大影响,如果修冲类模具没有达到理想状态,零件的孔边缘、边线处等位置将会出现变形带料、压伤、划伤、碎屑、修边线不齐、工艺缺口不合理等零件缺陷。因此,在模具设计、调试、维护保养过程中,必须针对修冲类模具引起的带料、压伤、划伤、碎屑、修边线不齐、工艺缺口不合理等零件缺陷进行仔细分析与研究,并采取相应的措施。The automobile body-in-white is an assembly welded by a number of cold stamping parts and hot forming parts.The covering parts that constitute the automobile body-in-white mainly refer to the body structural parts and the opening and closing parts,which are mainly composed of four doors,two covers,the left and right side outer panels,the left and right wing panels,and the top cover outer panels.The automobile body-in-white is welded by many stamping parts with complex shapes and large dimensions.The AUDIT score of stamping single parts will directly affect the AUDIT of the whole vehicle.Therefore,the stamping single parts must have smooth surface,clear waist line,and no stamping defects such as waves,scratches,burrs,bulges,pits,burrs,and deformation are allowed.The structure of the repair and punching die has a great impact on the surface quality and performance of the part.If the repair and punching die does not reach the ideal state,the hole edge,edge line and other positions of the part will be deformed with material,bruise,scratch,debris,uneven trimming line,unreasonable process gap and other parts defects.Therefore,in the process of mold design,commissioning and maintenance,it is necessary to carefully analyze and study the defects of parts such as material,crush,scratch,debris,uneven trimming line and unreasonable process gap caused by the repair and punching mold,and take corresponding measures.
