摘　　要：汽车的线束是汽车的核心部分,在整个汽车结构中起着至关重要的作用。因此,一个合格的线束不仅需要质量可靠、美观大方、耐用的线材,更重要的是要具有足够强的耐用性。由于线束体积大,其材质、质量以及外部连接强度对一个汽车产品来说都十分重要。一般来说,其尺寸越大和耐久要求就越高;质量越好,抗腐蚀性能就越高。从市场上统计到,目前世界上大约有100多家汽车生产商已经使用了线束。因此,做好线束制造过程控制成为整个产品成本管理中不可忽视的一环。该文主要针对不同类型、不同规模和不同生产基地及车间与生产部门等制造资源和条件差异,通过分析现有原材料以及零部件的成本构成特征、生产工艺过程控制等因素建立管理方法并将其应用到产品控制中去。The car harness is the core part of the car,and plays a vital role in the whole car structure.Therefore,a qualified harness needs not only reliable,beautiful and durable wire,but also strong enough durability.Due to the large volume of wire harness,its material,quality and external connection strength are very important for an automobile product.Generally speaking,the larger the size and the higher the durability requirement;The better the quality,the higher the corrosion resistance.According to the market statistics,there are more than 100 automobile manufacturers in the world who have used harness.Therefore,doing a good job in harness manufacturing process control has become an important part of the entire product cost management.This paper mainly aims at the differences in manufacturing resources and conditions of different types,different scales and different production bases,workshops and production departments,and establishes management methods and applies them to product control by analyzing the cost composition characteristics of existing raw materials and parts,production process control and other factors.
