摘 要:随着汽车行业的不断发展,市场对汽车外观品质的要求不断提升。现如今,汽车行业对如何有效提升整车外覆盖件的表面质量最为重要,而冲压技术的出现,为提升汽车外覆盖件质量打下了良好的基础。该文从理论及实际出发,对汽车冲压外覆盖件常见的几种外观缺陷的判定方法、分布区域、产生原因进行了系统的分析,并提供基本的问题解决方案。适用于指导冲压专业新入职员工快速入门。With the continuous development of the automobile industry,the requirements of the market for the appearance quality of automobiles have been continuously improved.At present,the automobile industry is most important for how to effectively improve the surface quality of the vehicle exterior panels,and the emergence of stamping technology has laid a good foundation for improving the quality of the vehicle exterior panels.Starting from theory and practice,this paper systematically analyzes the judgment methods,distribution areas and causes of several common appearance defects of automobile stamping outer panels,and provides basic solutions.It is applicable to guide the new employees of stamping specialty to get started quickly.
