美天军使命任务及作战能力研究

摘　　要：美天军精简敏捷的三级组织架构体系基本确立,承担相应的太空作战使命任务,具有领先世界的太空作战能力。以美天军的组织架构为出发点,结合《JP3-14太空作战》联合条令及美天军理论、学说、愿景、指南等内容,系统地阐述了美天军的作战使命及作战任务,深入分析了太空作战司令部和太空系统司令部所属各支德尔塔部队的主要太空装备及作战能力。研究表明,美天军的首要使命是维护美太空域行动自由;德尔塔部队独立执行不同的作战任务,战术特性突出;性能先进、功能完备、体系健全的太空装备系统而全面地支撑了天军太空作战能力的生成。分析得出,美天军建设发展方向聚焦数字军种建设、弹性装备体系和太空实战能力。The streamlined and agile organizational structure of the U.S.Space Force has been basically finalized.The U.S.Space Force undertakes the assigned missions and has world-leading space operation capabilities.Based on the organizational structure of the U.S.Space Force,combined with the JP3-14:Space Operations and the U.S.Space Force’s theories,doctrines,visions,guidances,etc.,the U.S.Space Force’s space operation missions are explained,the main space equipment and space operation capabilities of the Space Deltas of the Space Operations Command and the Space Systems Command are analyzed.Research shows that the primary mission of the U.S.Space Force is to preserve freedom of actions in space.The Space Deltas independently performs different missions and has strong tactical performance.The space equipment with complete systems,advanced performance and complete functions strongly supports the space operation capabilities of the U.S.Space Force.The analysis shows that the development priorities of the U.S.Space Force focus on the digital service construction,flexible equipment systems and space actual operation capabilities.
