摘 要:苏里格气田作为典型的致密砂岩气藏,老井侧钻压裂效果受多种因素影响、不确定性较强。为提升老井侧钻压裂改造效果,以苏里格气田某区块20口气井为研究对象,基于气井静态分类结果,运用主成分分析法确定影响气田老井侧钻压裂效果的主控工艺因素,并提出侧钻压裂工艺优化方向及改进措施。结果认为:不同类型气井侧钻压裂效果主控工艺因素存在明显差异,Ⅰ类气井为压裂液量、水平段长度和等效分压段数,Ⅱ类气井为水平段长度和改造工艺,Ⅲ类气井为压裂液量和改造工艺;Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类气井中均存在低产低效气井;Ⅱ类气井和Ⅲ类气井的最佳改造工艺为裸眼分段压裂、裸眼封隔器分段压裂。研究结论以期为同类气藏压裂方案优化及高效开发提供参考。As a typical dense sandstone gas reservoir,the effect of side-tracking and fracturing old wells in the Sulige gas field is influenced by a variety of factors and uncertainties.Based on the static classification results of gas wells,principal component analysis was applied to determine the main control process factors affecting the effect of side-tracking and fracturing in old wells in the Surig gas field,and to propose directions and improvement measures for the optimization of the side-tracking and fracturing process.The results conclude that there are significant differences in the main controlling process factors for the effect of side-tracking and fracturing in different types of gas wells,with the fracturing fluid volume,horizontal section length and the number of equivalent fractional sections in ClassⅠgas wells,the horizontal section length and modification process in ClassⅡgas wells,and the fracturing fluid volume and modification process in ClassⅢgas wells.There are low producthon and low efficiency gas wells in ClassⅠ、ⅡandⅢgas wells.The optimal rehabilitation process for ClassⅡand ClassⅢgas wells is bare-eye fracturing and bare-eye packer fracturing.The study is expected to provide a reference for the optimization and efficient development of fracturing schemes for similar gas reservoirs.
