摘  要:泡沫混凝土硬化过程中易出现较大收缩,导致其整体稳定性及耐久性能下降,从而影响工程安全及长期服役性能。文章全面回顾和总结国内外学者对泡沫混凝土收缩演化规律、预测模型、影响因素、机理及其抑制方法等方面的研究成果和最新进展。结果表明,泡沫混凝土收缩呈现三阶段演化规律,收缩演化过程受到气泡、胶凝材料、细骨料及含水量等因素不同程度的影响。收缩机理主要包括气泡诱发收缩、失水诱发收缩、化学反应诱发收缩和温度诱发收缩。按收缩机理及收缩抑制过程,收缩抑制方法可划分为物理改性抑制和化学改性抑制2种方法。考虑到泡沫混凝土收缩的复杂性,其他各种类型收缩的演化特性及有效测试手段、多指标预测模型、完善的收缩机理及收缩抑制新方法是今后值得深入研究的方向。The shrink of foamed concrete during the hardening process will lead to the decrease of its overall stability and durability performance, and even affect the engineering safety and long-term service performance.This paper comprehensively reviews and summarizes the research results and the latest progress of shrinkage evolution law, prediction model, influencing factors, mechanism, and shrinkage inhibition methods of foamed concrete.The results show that the shrinkage of foamed concrete exhibits a three-stage evolution law, and the shrinkage evolution process is affected by bubbles, cementitious materials, fine aggregates, and the water content to some extents.The shrinkage components mainly include the bubble-induced shrinkage, the water loss-induced shrinkage, the chemical reaction-induced shrinkage, and the temperature-induced shrinkage.According to the shrinkage mechanism and shrinkage inhibition process, the shrinkage inhibition methods can be divided into physical modification shrinkage inhibition and chemical modification shrinkage inhibition methods.Considering the complexity of shrinkage of foamed concrete, the shrinkage evolution characteristics of other types of shrinkage and suitable testing methods of shrinkage, multi-indicator shrinkage prediction model, refinement of shrinkage mechanism, and new methods of shrinkage inhibition are the directions worthy of in-depth research in the future.
