摘 要:于2018年9月至2019年8月的每月中下旬,对射阳湖水体中的浮游植物群落进行了调查,重点分析了浮游植物群落的结构特征及其与环境因素的关系,并对射阳湖水体的污染状况进行了评价。研究结果表明,在射阳湖的浮游植物样品中,共鉴定出浮游植物8门157种,其中,绿藻门物种数量(61种)最多,其次为硅藻门(37种)、蓝藻门(29种)和裸藻门(18种)的物种数量,金藻门(5种)、隐藻门(4种)、甲藻门(2种)和黄藻门(1种)的物种数量较少;浮游植物群落的优势物种为小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)、月牙藻(Selenastrum bibraianum)和湖泊伪鱼腥藻(Pseudanabaena limnetica);浮游植物丰度为0.36×10^(6)~10.25×10^(6) cell/L,平均值为3.27×10^(6) cell/L;射阳湖的水体处于贫—中营养状态;夏季,浮游植物丰度最大,冬季的最小;浮游植物群落的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数的平均值分别为2.72和0.87,射阳湖的水体为轻度—中度污染水体;射阳湖中浮游植物的丰度主要受水体的溶解氧含量、水温、高锰酸钾指数和透明度影响。A one-year survey was conducted in Sheyang Lake in mid to late of every month from September2018 to August 2019.This survey focused on the analysis of phytoplankton species composition characteristics and their relationships with environmental factors,and evaluated the water quality in Sheyang Lake.The results showed that 157 species of phytoplankton belonging to 8 phyla were identified in Sheyang Lake during the period,among which 61 species of Chlorophyta were the largest quantity,followed by Diatoma(37 species),Cyanophyta(29 species)and Euglenophyta(18 species).The less species were Chrysophyta(5 species),Cryptophyta(4 species),Dinophyta(2 species)and Xanthophyta(1 species).The dominant species of phytoplankton community were Chlorella vulgaris,Selenastrum bilaianum and Pseudoanaena limnetica.The abundance of phytoplankton was 0.36×10^(6)-10.25×10^(6) cells/L and averaged by 3.27×10^(6) cell/L,indicating that water quality was in the poor to moderate nutritional status.The abundance of phytoplankton was the highest in summer and the lowest in winter,with slight discrepancy in spatial distribution.The average value of Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index of phytoplankton community were 2.72 and 0.87 respectively,which showed that the water quality was in the non-pollution or medium pollution level as a whole.Phytoplankton abundance in Sheyang Lake was mainly affected by dissolved oxygen content,water temperature,permanganate index and transparence.
