摘　　要：交感神经链综合征是各种急慢性感染、内外源性中毒、外伤、脊柱退行性疾病、肿瘤、血管性疾病或其他慢性刺激性病灶等病因使不同交感神经节受损,进而出现以疼痛、感觉障碍、血管功能障碍等症状为主,并基于不同病因出现不同伴随症状的一种疾病。临床多采取药物和手术治疗缓解疼痛、阻断交感神经。以调心安神、清热祛湿、通经活络为法,采用调心安神针法及常规针刺结合中药四妙散加减治疗交感神经链综合征1例,取得满意疗效,为中医治疗该病提供思路。Sympathetic chain syndrome is a disease in which various acute and chronic infections, internal and exogenous poisoning, trauma, spinal degenerative diseases, tumors, vascular diseases or other chronic irritating lesions damage different sympathetic ganglia, resulting in symptoms including pain, sensory disturbance, and vascular dysfunction, which may appear in different combinations based on the causes. Clinically, drugs and surgery are often used to relieve pain and block sympathetic nerves. In this study, the method of regulating the heart and calming the mind, clearing heat and dispelling dampness, and unblock the channels and quicken the collaterals was adopted for one case of sympathetic chain syndrome, which was treated with a combined use of heart-regulating and mind-calming acupuncture, conventional acupuncture, and Wonderfully Effective Four Powder. The eventual efficacy achieved was satisfactory, thus providing ideas for the treatment of the condition by traditional Chinese medicine.
