摘　　要：本文详细介绍了19专职消防员硬肩章的研制与生产过程,依照专职消防救援队伍的职业特性和使命责任,从产品的功能定位到样式设计,充分阐明了肩章的设计理念和具体实施方式;从产品颜色的构成与象征意义到各种材料的选择,细致分析了所选用各种材料的优点、特性,特别是从环保角度出发,在肩徽所用材料的选择使用上做出了一次有益的尝试;从生产工艺的设计、制定到各种加工设备的使用,逐步介绍了详细的工艺流程安排和具体的操作实施步骤以及生产注意事项;从产品质量的判定和检测检验方法的制定,直至目标实现等各个方面均进行了具体的介绍,为进一步研究和开发同类产品提供了一定的参考和借鉴作用。This paper introduces in detail the development and production process of 19 full-time firefighter hard epaulettes,including the function orientation,style design,composition,symbolic meaning of product color,and the selection of various materials.The advantages and characteristics of the selected materials are analyzed,especially from the perspective of environmental protection.Then an attempt was made in the selection and use of epaulet materials.On that basis,the specific processing and manufacturing methods,operation,and implementation steps are introduced in order to provide a reference for further research and development of similar products.
