摘　　要：党的二十大提出,以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴。百余年来,中国共产党发展观的演进及其规律为深入研究中国式现代化提供了独特的历史视角。纵向来看,建党百余年来中国共产党的发展观先后经历了新民主主义革命时期以“革命”为路径的发展观、社会主义革命和建设时期以“四个现代化”为目标的发展观、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期以“富起来”为目标的发展观以及中国特色社会主义新时代以“强起来”为目标的发展观的历史阶段。横向来看,不同于西方发展观以资本增殖为目的,中国共产党发展观的根本归属在于人民,“以人民为中心”是中国共产党发展观的本质所在。中国共产党发展观的百余年演进包含着丰富的方法论意蕴,对于走好全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程具有深刻的启示意义。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization in an all-round way.Over the past 100 years,the evolution of CPC's concept of development and its laws have provided a unique historical perspective for in-depth study of Chinese-style modernization.Longitudinally,over the past 100 years since the founding of the Party,CPC's concept of development has been different at different historical stages:taking“revolution”as the path during the new democratic revolution,aiming at“the four modernization.”during the socialist revolution and construction period,taking“getting rich”as the goal in the new period of reform,opening up and socialist modernization,and aiming at“getting stronger”in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Horizontally,unlike the Western concept of development which aims at capital appreciation,the fundamental attribution of CPC's concept of development lies with the people and it takes the“people-centered”as its essence.The evolution of CPC's concept of development over the past 100 years contains rich methodological implications,which is of profound enlightenment for China embarking on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an allround way.
