摘　　要：语言智能是人工智能的关键核心技术之一,人机对话系统是语言智能的典型应用。本文论述了语言智能与自然语言处理紧密相连的关系,介绍了日本语言智能政策中涉足自然语言处理的内容,梳理了日本学界近20年来的人机对话系统研究成果,探讨了日语与人机对话系统的适配性问题。文章总结出日本语言智能研究存在未平衡好应用性研究与展望性研究的关系、未解决好日语与人机对话系统的适配性问题、未注意到不同人群的语言使用特征等问题。Language intelligence is one of the key core technologies of artificial intelligence,and human-machine dialogue systems are typical applications of language intelligence.This article discusses the close relationship between language intelligence and natural language processing,introduces the Japanese language intelligence policies involving natural language processing,reviews the research results of human-machine dialogue systems in the past 20 years in Japanese academia,and discusses the adaptability of Japanese to human-machine dialogue systems.The article concludes that Japanese language intelligence research places emphasis on applied research and neglects prospective research,and that there is insufficient crossfertilization of disciplines and the characteristics of Language use among different populations are not noted.
