青海省囊谦县8~10岁儿童头发中微量元素检测结果分析

摘  要:目的 了解囊谦县8~10岁儿童发中微量元素含量。方法 选择囊谦县作为调查县、贵南县作为对照县,采集两县8~10岁在校儿童头发,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析法检测头发中铁、铜、锌等微量元素。结果 ①共检测囊谦县和贵南县儿童发样中微量元素278份,检测了钴、铁、镊、铜、锌、硒、钼、镉、铅、钨、铋等11种微量元素。其中钴、铜、钼、硒两县儿童间差异有统计学意义(Co:F=4.687,P<0.05;Cu:F=5.736,P<0.05;Mo:F=4.055,P<0.05;Se:F=11.213,P<0.01),铁、镊、锌、镉、铅、钨、铋等元素两县儿童间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②囊谦县8、9、10岁儿童发中Co、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、Bi、Mo、Cd、W、Pb、Se等微量元素含量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但Co、Cu、Bi、Se随年龄增长呈上升趋势,Fe呈下降趋势;贵南县儿童发中铁含量随年龄增长而上升,各年龄间差异有统计学意义(F=5.501,P<0.05)。③囊谦县儿童发中Fe、Cu、Zn、Cd、W、Pb、Bi男女性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Co、Ni、Mo、Se男女性别间差异有统计学意义(Co:F=8.509,P<0.01;Ni:F=7.186,P<0.01;Mo:F=10.33,P<0.01;Se:F=9.109,P<0.01);贵南县儿童发Se含量男女性别间差异有统计学意义(F=36.08,P<0.01),其他微量元素男女性别间差异无统计学意义。结论 囊谦县儿童发Fe随年龄增长而下降,发Zn在8~10岁年龄组间差异无统计学意义,发Cu随年龄增长而升高,但男女性别间差异无统计学意义,发Se在男女性别间差异均有统计学意义,男性高于女性。Objective To understand the micronutrient content in hair of children aged 8 to 10 in Nangqian County.Methods The hair of school children aged 8-10 years in 2 counties was collected, and the iron, copper and zinc contents in the hair were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Results①A total of 278 hair samples from children in Nangqian County and Guinan County were tested for micronutrient, 11 micronutrients including cobalt, iron, tweezers, copper, zinc, selenium, molybdenum, cadmium, lead, tungsten and bismuth(Co: F=4.687,P<0.05;Cu: F=5.736,P<0.05;Mo: F=4.055,P<0.005;Se: F=11.213,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in iron, tweezers, zinc, cadmium, lead, tungsten and bismuth between the two counties(P>0.05).②The contents of Co, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Bi, Mo, Cd, W,Pb and Se in hair of children aged 8,9 and 10 years old in Nangqian County had no difference(P>0.05),but the contents of Co, Cu, Bi and Se increased with age, Fe content showed a downward trend.Fe content in hair of children in Guinan County increased with age, and there was significant difference between different ages(F=5.501,P<0.05).③There was no significant difference in Fe, Cu, Zn, Cd, W,Pb and Bi in hair between male and female children in Nangqian County(P>0.05),there were significant differences in Co, Ni, Mo, Se between male and female(Co: F=8.509,P<0.01;Ni: F=7.186,P<0.01;Mo: F=10.33,P<0.01;Se: F=9.109,P<0.01).There were significant differences in Se content between male and female children in Guinan County(F=36.08,P<0.01),there was no significant difference between male and female in other micronutrients.Conclusion Fe in hair of children in Nangqian County decreases with age, Zn in hair of 8-10 years old group has no difference.Cu in hair of children increases with age, but there is no difference between male and female.Se in hair of children has difference between male and female, male is higher than female.
