摘 要:目的 了解青海省大骨节病病区人群血清Ⅱ型胶原蛋白α1链(col2α1)表达水平,为成人大骨节病防治工作提供线索。方法 根据《大骨节病诊断》(WS/T 207—2010),在青海省大骨节病病区选取目标人群146名,大骨节病患者86名,病区内对照组60名,采集目标人群空腹肘静脉血,使用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测其col2α1含量。结果 本研究病例组与对照组男女年龄、性别比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.284,P=0.201;χ^(2)=0.135,P=0.713)。男性大骨节病患者血清col2α1含量为(36.69±7.87)ng/ml,与同性别对照组col2α1含量为(42.50±8.92)ng/ml相比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.464,P=0.017);女性大骨节病患者血清col2α1含量为(37.73±7.28)ng/ml,与同性别对照组col2α1含量为(43.91±9.50)ng/ml相比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.585,P=0.001)。结论 青海省大骨节病病区患者血清col2α1含量显著下降,提示Ⅱ型胶原蛋白代谢紊乱。Objective To understand the expression level of serum type II collagen α1 chain(col2α1) in the population of Kaschin-Beck disease(KBD) areas in Qinghai Province, and to provide clues for prevention and control of adult patients with KBD.Methods According to "the Diagnosis of Kaschin-Beck Disease"(WS/T 207—2010),an epidemiological case-control study was conducted to select a target population of 146 in KBD areas in Qinghai Province, 86 KBD patients and 60 controls were collected fasting elbow venous blood, and their col2α1 levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results There was no statistically significant difference in age comparison between the case group and the control group(t=1.284,P=0.201),as well as gender comparison(χ^(2)=0.135,P=0.713).The serum col2α1 level in male KBD patients was(36.69±7.87)ng/ml, which was higher than that of the same gender control group(42.50±8.92)ng/ml with a statistical difference(t=2.464,P=0.017).The serum col2α1 level in female KBD patients was(37.73±7.28)ng/ml, which was higher than that of the same gender control group(43.91±9.50)ng/ml with a statistical difference(t=3.585,P=0.001).Conclusion Serum col2α1 levels in KBD patients are significantly decreased, suggesting that type II collagen metabolism is disturbed.
