摘　　要：阐述了钎焊式硬质合金衬板布料溜槽的研制过程,利用实验的方法试验制作了钎焊碳化钨硬质合金块耐磨衬板布料溜槽。此布料溜槽的衬板硬度高,耐磨性好,可靠性高。具有抗冲击、耐高温、耐磨损、耐腐蚀等特点。解决了普通布料溜槽衬板在恶劣环境下耐磨性能降低,一般仅8-12个月就因衬板磨穿而失效的问题。钎焊式硬质合金衬板布料溜槽正常使用寿命可达18个月以上,适用于1000m3~5500m^(3)高炉,延长了高炉的检修周期,节约了成本,提高了炼铁效率。This paper describes the development process of the brazed carbide liner distribution chute,and the brazed carbide block wear-resistant liner distribution chute is experimentally manufactured by using the experimental method.The lining plate of this cloth chute has high hardness,good wear resistance and high reliability.It has the characteristics of impact resistance,high temperature resistance,wear resistance,corrosion resistance,etc.The utility model solves the problem that the wear resistance of the lining plate of the ordinary cloth chute is reduced under the harsh environment,and the lining plate is generally worn out and becomes invalid after only 8 to 12 months.The normal service life of the brazed cemented carbide lining distribution chute can reach more than 18 months.It is suitable for 1000m~3~5500m^(3),which extends the maintenance cycle of blast furnaces,saves costs,and improves ironmaking efficiency.
