摘  要:针对连续热镀锌机组沉没辊安装精度误差较大导致机组运行速度低与镀锌板表面质量不稳定的问题,本文根据沉没辊轴套与轴座组件结构特点,分析了沉没辊装配误差对其在锌锅内稳定运行的影响。在此基础上,分析了现有装配技术的缺点并开发了一套沉没辊安装精度检测专用测量棒。并提出了沉没辊轴衬套可视化验收方法及验收标准。为沉没辊在锌锅内的稳定运行提供了保障,降低了沉没辊换辊频率,提高了机组运行速度与带钢表面镀锌层表面质量。Aiming at the problem that the installation accuracy error of the sink roll of the continuous hot-dip galvanizing unit is relatively large,the operation speed of the unit is low and the surface quality of the galvanized sheet is unstable.The effect of stable operation in a zinc pot.On this basis,the shortcomings of the existing assembly technology were analyzed and a set of special measuring rods for the installation accuracy detection of the sinking roller was developed.And put forward the visual acceptance method and acceptance standard of sink roller bushing.It provides a guarantee for the stable operation of the sink roll in the zinc pot,reduces the frequency of the roll change of the sink roll,and improves the running speed of the unit and the surface quality of the galvanized layer on the surface of the strip.
