摘　　要：料罐是无料钟炉顶设备中的关键设备之一。介绍了料罐的工作过程、原理、设备组成、设计要点和使用与维护要点;并重点介绍了耐磨衬板结构设计、探料装置和蒸汽加热装置,阐述了料罐容积计算参数选取。结果表明,耐磨衬板结构合理有助于寿命的提高。The charging tank is one of the key equipment in the clock-free furnace roof equipment.The working process,principle,equipment composition,design and maintenance points of the tank,testing device and steam heating device.The results show that the structure of the lining board contributes to the life.
