摘　　要：VD炉是一种真空脱气精炼炉,可以去除氮、氢、氧、硫杂质,均匀化学成分,稳定和提高合金元素收得率,钢水质量可以得到提升,为连铸或模铸做准备。原有VD炉真空系统均为5或6级蒸汽喷射泵系统,采用蒸汽喷射泵进行抽真空,蒸汽喷射泵运行需锅炉产生蒸汽,冷却系统对蒸汽系统冷却,而且排出污水,这种设备存在环保性不好、能耗高、维护量大缺点,而且蒸汽喷射泵运行成本非常高。近几年大排量机械泵如罗茨真空泵、螺杆泵技术发展很快,使用螺杆泵和罗茨真空泵组合形式替换原来的蒸汽喷射泵系统,可以达到VD炉冶炼工艺要求,运行成本降低87%,经济效益显著。VD furnace is a vacuum degassing furnace.It can remove nitrogen,hydrogen,oxygen,sulfur impurities,homogenize chemical composition,stability and improve the yield of alloy elements.The molten steel quality can be improved and prepared for continuous casting or mould casting.Original vacuum system of VD furnace is 5 or 6 levels of steam jet pump system.The steam jet pumps are adopt for vacuum.It need boiler to produce steam and cooling system is also needed for cooling down the system.The sewage need be discharged.This kind of equipment is not good for the environmental protection.Its energy consumption is high and the maintenance and fault rage is large.The steam jet pump operation cost is very high.In recent years,the technology development of the large displacement mechanical pump is very fast,such as Roots vacuum pump,screw pump.The combination with screw pump and roots vacuum pump is used to replace the original steam injection pump system.It can achieve VD furnace melting process requirements,and operation cost can be reduced by 87%.Therefore it has significant economic benefits.
